It’s with great sadness we announce the passing away of Suraj Chandra of Wainuiomata, of 36 Fraser Street , Lower Hutt. Late Mr. Chandra passed away peacefully today 12th September 2026 in Lower Hutt. Late Mr. Suraj Chandra was husband of Shant Wati Chandra , father of Ishwar Chand ( Builder, Vert Construction), Suman Lata, Sneh Chand and Ireen Lata. He was father-in-law of Ashika Chand, Rabin Narayan, Elvin Chand, and Sushil Chand. Details of Viewing and Funeral Service are as follows: • Viewing will be held on Sunday 13th September from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM at Haven Falls Funeral Home, 42-50 Burden Avenue, Wainuiomata • Funeral Service will be held on Monday 14th September from 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM at Haven Falls Funeral Home , 42-50 Burden Avenue, Wainuiomata • Following Service, the Funeral Procession will leave for a Private Cremation at Akatarawa Cemetery, Upper Hutt We would like to send our sincere condolences to the grieving families.
